Special Rules

Omnium points are given to riders who place in any OR all of the three individual races of the omnium. Riders DO NOT have to ride every event to earn points for the overall omnium placings. USAC rule 1A16.

Read the USAC rule book for additional rules regarding racing. If you don't have your copy, a copy can be found at www.usacycling.org.

No parking is available at the finish line of the road race. Officials working the finish line will utilize the existing parking areas.

Make sure your bicycle is in good operating condition and you are not missing handlebar end plugs, etc.

Four (4) racers make a field! If the field is not met, the racers will race in their USAC categories. Categories may be split or combined if required.

Junior gears will be in effect.

Only USA Cycling licenses will be honored. Canadians must race on their UCI license when they come to the USA. One day licenses can only be purchased by cat 5 men and cat 4 women. Cat 4 men and cat 3 women and above are required to purchase an annual license available at www.usacycling.org.

If you have an annual racing license, you MUST bring it with you. Having the number on your release form is not enough
