• Time Trial, Road Race, Road Race - Held under USA Cycling event permit 2010-868
• OBRA riders cat 3 and below may ride on one-day licenses. Canadian riders with current UCI licenses don't need a one day license. All other riders must hold annual USAC licenses except cat 5 men and cat 4 women who may ride on one-day licenses. Annual licenses will not be sold at registration. You can purchase your annual license at www.usacycling.org. Bring your license! OBRA riders must also show their license.
• Start list for the Time Trial will be posted at the race venue on Saturday morning. The "general" start order is listed on the schedule section of the site.
• USAC scale of penalties for stage races will be applied. See USAC Rules 4H2-19
• Races will be run under USA Cycling Rules and Regulations
• Riders DO NOT have to ride every event to earn points for the overall omnium placings. USAC rule 1A19
• Radios, communication devices, and MP3 players are prohibited for all categories of riders.
• Make sure your bicycle is in good operating condition and you are not missing handlebar end plugs, etc.
• Four (4) racers make a field. If the minimum field limit is not met, the racers will race in their USAC categories if possible. Categories may be split or combined if required. Prize monies for the original field will be added to the combined field or categories as appropriate pursuant to USAC Rule 1J8. 
• Online registration ONLY using Sportsbase Online. No day of race registration. Registration closes 4/1 8am pacific. No Refunds. Sportsbase surcharge of $2.99 for a single event entry and $4.35 for the full Omnium entry (3 events) will be charged by Sportsbase when you register. USA Cycling provided insurance surcharge of $3 per rider per day is included in the entry fee.
• Junior gearing is required for all juniors in all races, regardless of category. USAC Rule 1M6. Junior roll-out prior to the Time Trial, report no later than 5 minutes prior to your start. Junior roll-out after each road race near the finish line, report to the official with your race.
• Wheel support for the road races will be wheels in - wheels out.  
• Any tie will be broken by: 1. the number of fist place finishes; 2. if still tied, the number of second place finishes; 3. if still tied the number of third place finishes; 4. if still tied, the highest placing in the Sunday road race.
• CAUTION: ALL COURSES ARE OPEN TO TRAFFIC. CENTERLINE RULE IS IN EFFECT. BE CAUTIOUS OF ONCOMING, FOLLOWING, AND CROSSING TRAFFIC, AS WELL AS PARKED VEHICLES. KEEP YOUR HEAD UP AND STAY AWARE.

Time Trial - the following points scale shall apply to the 1st to 10th places respectively: 
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2 and 1 point.

Road Races - the following points scale shall apply to the 1st to 15th places respectively:
25,20,16,14,12,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2 and 1 point.
