For consideration of membership in the BADDLANDS CYCLING CLUB, I hereby release for myself and for all my agents, the BADDLANDS CYCLING CLUB,
it’s agents, officers, and successors from all responsibility for damages to me or my
property from any BADDLANDS CYCLING CLUB activity or events. I acknowledge that
bicycle racing entails certain risks and hazards, almost none of which arrives from the
organization of cycling events. I agree to abide by the rules established for club
activities and events. I furthermore acknowledge that I will not be allowed to participate
in any club event without my helmet covering my head.

All membership renewals are due January 1st There is a $5.00 late fee if received after Feb 15th (Renewals Only) IMPORTANT: As a member of the Baddlands Cycling Club you will be required to race in at least ONE event per year. Also we expect all our members to help out in certain races, including an
